One of the wonderful things in Subawabbi
is the food the harvesters grow. You can always find these crazy foods
in market places, booths, and picnic areas when hiking or
some other activity. |
Subawabbians love
growing ashniels, they're easy to grow and need little
tending to. These ashniels can grow in the winter and the
summer and are a favorite delicacy. They can be cut into
bite size snacks and can be eaten on the road, hiking, and
even on your dinner table. We add different toppings to them
so they can have a variety of tastes such as onion cream and
fungus. Ashniels are small grains of pound bread in a corn
husk that go through baking, frying, and even sun-baking.
When harvest season comes up, wigers help with picking the
ashniels since they have good teeth and a playful nature. No
one has ever broken a tooth when they are munching on this
treat. |
The harvesters of
Subawabbi are the best at growing their magnificent corn!
Grown to perfection, the corn is an excellent meal that can
be eaten for any time of the day. They are so yummy that the
taste will melt in your mouth as you bite into the juicy,
soft kernels of corn. Butter is a recommended topping
for the corn. Subawabbians love to dip their corn in salted
water to give it an unnatural taste. They make soup with the
corn, bake it, fry it, make stew, and even the carnivores
love it! |
This is one of the most
fun drinks the Subawabbians have tried, the peanu-bomb
drink. It is a drink of refreshing juice that comes in
flavors of guava, mango, banana, strawberry, and even combos
of them! And in it there is a giant peanut that has special
ingredients stored inside so that in the 10 seconds it is in
the drink it make the juice start fizzing like crazy. It
will then explode and scatter pieces of the peanut in the
drink and in your mouth! The special ingredients in the
peanut depends on what flavor of juice it is so it will
blend in with the taste and make bigger samples of the fruit
inside. The straw is even edible! 50 bunners for 2
peanu-bomb drinks. |
These are one of the
finest snacks along with ashniels you can eat on long trips
or cruises. They shusnuts and they come frozen and will
easily melt which makes the flavor better! They are small
nuts with a green sugar coating with a yogurt-like filling
on the inside. You can mix them in with fruit cocktail and
punch to add a spark to a party or just to the wondrous
taste. Sinfully sweet, these shusnuts are an essential to a
crazy food diet. The Subawabbians always find these nuts as
a treat to their children and themselves. 33 bunners for 4
pouches of shusnuts. |
This photo was taken
from an article since the line was so long to buy potatoes.
Subawabbi's potatoes have a certain taste and fertilizing
that they are so irresistible. When you go to a marketplace
they come in bags of 50 since there are plenty to go around
and that everyone should get a taste of them. Children who
don't like potatoes will certainly love these ones and so
will your friends back home. Just 77 bunners for a whole
bag. |
