Brulee is the pride and happiness that my family shares.
When I first bought the the cafe my family pitched in and
helped out with all the preparations and comforted me when
the business was bad. Even though I was the one who first
bought the business, the family has helped so much that
Brulee exotic cafe has become a family business now. Before

business management and had also worked as an assistant

For several years I have wanted to start a business and
when my wife Preeti decided to buy Brulee, I knew that she
was doing the right thing. I have supported her in every
decision that she has made and have created this website. I
thought that it might be a good idea to create the recipes
page on this website so that people can make some of the
things that we sell at Brulee if they really like them, or
people who have not yet been to Brulee could try making the
