Legend: Legend has it that the
founder
of Brulee was a rich, successful business man. However his love for
money caused him to lose every thing he had. Now, a poor man with
the responsibility of supporting a family of three, he started
looking for a job, but because of his poor health due to stress, he
became very lazy and was fired within a week of working every job he
managed to get. Now very frustrated, he started this café to be able
to live a relaxed lifestyle and he took this dare not knowing the
outcome of his efforts.
Then and Now’s of
Brulee: Brulee has been in business since 1967 and was founded
by Hamahushi Anathema who created it has a hang out for all tourists
who came to Vail. After a long drive or airplane flight, tourists
used to stop by Brulee to order their favorite delicacies or to just
enjoy the view and warmth inside. This small café, which started out
to be only 547 square feet, became hit and people spread the news
about Brulee, increasing its fame. Soon people started coming to
Vail to pay a visit to Brulee and skiing only if time permits. Today
Brulee is 2,438 square feet and has a total of two rooms: a den,
which serves as a library allowing tourists to research attractions
